Popular Fat Binder And Fat Blocker Pills
As an answer to an increasing demand and obesity problem worldwide, companies are offering range of different weight loss products with different names, in different shapes and from different ingredients. Potential consumer can choose anything from herbal diet supplements, appetite suppressants to fat binders and fat blockers.
Fat blockers and fat binders are what we’ll look at. How exactly work each of them will be described bellow when an example will be reviewed but generally they both prevent the absorption of fat by the body. Fat carry high amount of calories and excluding it from the diet (partly of course) is effective way of losing weight. Many promoters say that when using these products you don’t need to do anything else which is not true. Yes, you can reduce the consumption of calories a bit but for the best possible result you’ll have to put some efforts into reaching your weight loss goals.
Bellow I’ll give 2 examples of products that are available which have proven themselves as effective and safe (excluding few mild side effects) weight loss products.
Fat blocker called Alli. These pills are available over the counter and are FDA approved which makes them hugely credible and respected. Main active ingredient is Orlistat which can be found also in stronger prescription version called Xenical. Alli prevents the absorption of fat by attaching itself to enzymes which are responsible for breaking down the fat this way leaving undigested about 25% of consumed fat. Subject of concerns for many are side effects which are caused by undigested fat “getting out” from your body but they can be successfully eliminated by sticking to a low-fat diet which means that there will be less fat to absorb.
Proactol fat binder. Also this product prevents absorption of dietary fat but is doing it more civilised causing no side effects. Proactol claims that fat intake can be reduced by up to 28% with no side effects. Main ingredient is cactus-like plant which molecules attach them to the ingested fat forming fat-binder complex which is too large for the body to absorb. Unabsorbed fat then is excreted naturally.
Prevention of fat being absorbed by the body is the purpose of both – fat binders and fat blockers. Which suits you better is your choice; fat binders are more forgiving because of no side effects when guidelines aren’t complied with but fat blockers force you to stick to the rule because if you fail then you’ll be “punished” by possible side effects.
