“Eat your veg!” is the phrase many have suffered from while they were kids. Many probably promised to them never eat those “things” again.

This might sound disappointing if you’re one of them. If you want to have a healthy and normally functioning body then you will have to eat those damn fruits and veg. Future looks depressing, doesn’t it?

You still can live and survive without them but your body would look and feel much different.

Speaking of vegetables, the biggest problem is that we tend to overcook them, making them undesirable, colourless and their consistence impossible to enjoy. Also veggies lose their good properties and vitamins and it’s just a waste of money generally.
