6 Step Weight Loss Cleanse

A weight loss cleanse can be easier to follow than a diet which can be time consuming. Step 1 – Quit all junk food. We all know what they are; chips, sodas, fat food (I mean fast food), candies and so on. Junk foods not only add weight, but eating them can literally stop your body from losing weight! Step 2 – Eat as few processed foods as possible. This means foods that are packaged and/or pre-made designed to save time. Do a reality check and see if it really does save you time. For example, you can chop some lettuce and veggies to throw a salad together in about the same time it takes to open and heat a can of soup. If you really do want the packaged food, look for the equivalent at a health food store. Check the ingredients – the less your food has, the better. More ingredients means more processing. A weight loss cleanse should help your body eliminate harmful ingredients.

Step 3 – Be sure most of your food is fresh and whole. Eat mainly vegetables and fruits. After that eat natural proteins such as chicken or fish and then 1/2 serving of grains such as wild rice. Arrange your plate to have 1/2 to 3/4 of it filled with veggies. These foods do no have labels because they are natural and in their whole form. If you use cooking sauces, use only a small amount and try to use organic when possible. Drink herbal teas and plenty of fresh water.

Try circuit training at home by alternating aerobic type exercise with resistance exercise. You can do this without special equipment, if you choose. Put on some music to help set the tone and choose resistance exercise you want to do which may include push-ups, squats and lunges. Choose four to six exercises with a goal of performing three sets of each. Do a set of resistance exercise (say 12 squats) followed by one minute of aerobic exercise. You can jump rope, use an exercise bike if you have one, or even use a rebounder. Follow this by another set of resistance and then another minute of aerobics. Continue this way until you exercise for a total of 30-40 minutes.

Write these six steps and post them somewhere you can see each day. Avoid restaurants and start collecting recipes to keep you away from fast food and into the whole food. Help your body with a weight loss cleanse and you can be ready for summer with a healthier body and mind.

In the game of weight loss it is very important to understand what you should and shouldn’t do to maximize a healthy balance all around. You have in mind exactly how many pounds you would like to lose but perhaps not the right way to go about it. Best Weight Loss Supplement I have Ever Used

I am not one to write about an experience I had with a Weight Loss Supplement, but I figured this is one of those products I must share with people. I got this FREE Trial from www.ClenseMyBody.com for a Natural Organic Weight Loss Supplement. I am not big into taking supplements of any sort because I feel they are all crap; however, I was referred by a guy in the gym of this product and wellit was Free, so I said why not. Well I went to the website and got my Free Trial I just had to pay the $5.95 shipping..No Biggie. Got the trial in the mail about a week later. I looked over the ingredients and I liked what I saw all natural products and for the most part I had heard of most of the ingredients so that was a Plus.

I took the recommended dose and within about 2-Hours I felt like I had to make a massive BM.
